  • Field Expediting, surveillance visits c / o the place of production by experts with the task of reviewing the production schedules, checking the execution of orders and the progress of production and supply activities, validating the shipping details, the all by providing immediate information and feedback in order to respect the pre-established deadlines and deadlines;
  • Full Time Monitoring, an activity that takes place in cases of severe criticality.
